Country Water Partnership Bulgaria and Ministry of Environment and Water signed an agreement of cooperation in April 2002.

Regular information flow about GWP activities and documents for water stakeholders is provided via Sofia city and Rouse town Area Water Partnerships, several information centres located at different partner organisations as well as website.

Currently, more than 50 Bulgarian organizations are GWP consulting partners out of which some are members of working group for the preparation of National Environment Programme for the period 2007-2013.
